Case 34

Hi Paul and Sherry:

I wanted to let you know that I also placed and order with Water Critters, but couldn't get a hold of them when I tried to inquired about the reason my order wasn't being shipped, specially when they were very prompt in charging my card. I called my bank and they gave me Jeff's phone number, which turned out not to work, that's when I found your site and my fears were confirmed. My bank refunded me my money, but I don't think this guy should get off so easily. I am going to file a formal complaint against him with the Better Business Bureau and if there is anything else I can do, let me know,OK?
