Case 2

I have done business with them twice. I placed an order for tadpoles back in the fall and then another order this past January. The first order went fairly smooth. I did have trouble contacting them but my order did arrive in a timely manner. The second order I was not so lucky. I placed an order on January 4th. They took my money via paypal quickly but then they seemed to disappear. I called several time and sent numerous emails but I did not get a response. Weeks went by and my tadpoles had not shipped. I finally got a hold of a woman who said she was sorry they did not ship and that they will be shipping in the next day or so. Weeks went by again and they still had not shipped. I was getting no response from them and paypal couldn't help me because the order was now over 45 days old. I tried repeatedly to cancel the order but I was getting no response. I have since found tadpoles elsewhere at http://www.aquaculturestore.com/. They were very nice to work with and they provided me with 16 tadpoles for the same price that I paid for 3 at livingaquatic.com. Livingaquatic.com is also not recommended by the Better Business Bureau. I now understand why.
