Case 29

i was trying to get a leopard frog tadpole and accessories for my eight year old daughter as a birthday present. They took my money, sent me nothing, and won't return my calls, emails, or contacts through their website. I used them becasue they seemed to be able to ship even thought it was ridiculously hot here in DC. That should have been my first clue - that no one else would ship live animal in this weather. So, now I'm out $16 bucks, but more importantly, my daughter was waiting for a pet and present that never came. These people suck!
