I am also having trouble with this website. I ordered 5 cherry shrimp and 3 wood shrimp with a few moss balls.Its been two weeks since i made my order and they haven't sent it out yet nor replied to my many emails and phone messages. I haven't spoken to anyone on the phone only have been able to get their answering machine. I am becoming worried that they have scammed me out money. I tried canceling my order both through email and phone a few days ago but they still haven't canceled it.
I am just furious with this company. I just want my order or my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM DO PLENTY OF RESEARCH AND CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I WILL KEEP UPDATING THIS SITE WITH ARTICLES I FIND IN DISCUSSION BOARDS AND PET HOBBY WEBSITES AS LONG AS THEY KEEP RIPPING US OFF!!!!
