Case 16

Here’s another Living Aquatic story for you.

I ordered from them in January, and they billed my card immediately. Repeated attempts to contact them on their website and via their email addresses went unanswered. I tried to call the phone # on their site and got a message that their voicemail box was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I reported them to the BBB, but the BBB closed my complaint because they were unable to contact Living Aquatic. Today, I finally had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money refunded.

I’m disgusted that they’re able to keep operating and taking money, and I’m further disgusted by the fact that the BBB closed my complaint because they couldn’t contact these people, when the nature of my complaint was my inability to contact them!
