Case 13
I ordered 3 tadpoles with food on December 15th for my grandson's Christmas gift. I was led to believe that they would be delivered by December 23rd. They were not. I called and was told they would be delivered by the 29th. This day came and went without tadpoles. Since then, I have called numerous times with no answer and no voice mail option. I also sent 2 emails without any response. Today I called and found the phone number on their website has been disconnected. I then had to contact my VISA provider and put the (cashed) charge into dispute. My grandson got an empty habitat for Christmas and a 3-wk wait for tadpoles actually RECEIVED from a reputable company!
